Many times when I'm doing my analysis I force myself to make a bull case and a bear case. I weigh the risks and trade accordingly. I don't feel as if I have an edge with the broader market right now. I saw Tim mention XLU so I ran my own analysis on it. I think we have a decent bullish scenario in play right here. See below:
