On Sunday I hit “peak profit” on my crypto account. The next day, largely, I got out, and I wrote about why in the Why I Bailed On Crypto post. Well, I’m glad I did, although I’m not sure what’s next. This is the third instance of something, on a minute bar basis, that looks like it’s going to plunge, but it hasn’t done so yet. All the same, I have zero exposure. The Director calls these plunges “air pockets’, which I think is a fitting term.
During my afternoon swim, which is typically my most thought-filled time of day, something occurred to me: I had never tried SlopeRules with cryptocurrencies. In fact, I didn’t even know if they would work (they do, it turns out), so I poked around with it some and find the results intriguing.
You may find this surprising, but Rambo has always been one of my favorite characters. Sly Stallone co-write Rambo 3, and if the U.S. government had simply watched this clip from the 1998 movie, they could have saved us all way over $2 TRILLION DOLLARS. Just watch:
