No, not their cars, of course. Their puts. My March 2025 puts that I bought last week are up 40%, and this is with a stock that has a P/E of 4. That’s right. 4. So something is seriously wrong.
The longer-term view compels me to hold on to these. After all, there’s a ridiculous amount of time on these puts. About half a year!
I have no clue what the story is behind their management. One of two thoughts come to mind. Either “inspired, dynamic leadership” or, alternately, “fine leather interior.”
