Huge Improvement in Clarity

The improvements are happening to SlopeCharts so quickly, I’m having trouble keeping up.

I already told my PLUS members about the “instant data loading” feature, just added this morning.

And now, for ALL users, I’m delighted to tell you that there’s been a HUGE improvement in precision and granularity. Here’s a quick example……..charts that used to look like this:

Sharing in Action

By -

It’s the weekend, which means Tim & Company are hard at work on improving SlopeCharts. I’ll have some new features to announce soon. In the meanwhile, I wanted to share a real-life example of how useful the Publishing/Sharing features are in the program.

Early this morning, I decided to check out who had published watch lists, and I subscribed to a few of them that looked interesting, such as “Potential shorts”……..

When looking at a shared list, the things you already follow in lists of your own are displayed as italicized symbols, whereas those which are unique are not. Thus, I focused on the non-italicized symbols and saw a number of them which were interesting, including FARM.

Improvements in Sharing

Ever since the introduction of SlopeCharts (and, more particularly, the PLUS-exclusive features in it), there has been a bull market in subscriptions, which is great. PLUS, after all, is what keeps this place running. I assure you, a few years ago, Slope of Hope was heading for the dustbin of history, since advertising revenue absolutely sucks. Anyway, PLUS is thriving, so thank you, PLUS members!

Yesterday, I let my Slope PLUS subscribers know about a feature in SlopeCharts that I built exclusively for them. Specifically, the ability to publish and subscribe to the watch lists of other users (and the charts therein, including the drawn objects for each chart). You can learn all about it on this page.

Here are a few relevant screen shots below. if you’ve been on the fence about subscribing to PLUS, this might just be what convinces you, since it’s just about the coolest thing ever. Again, you can learn all the particulars on this page.
