Apple Channel Power

Whenever I’ve mentioned Apple, I’ve mentioned its broken channel, which is the most important feature of this largest-of-all-public-companies. I’m pleased to see that yesterday’s peak was the exhaustion point, and we’re reversing away from that very potent failed pattern.

Here is the longer-term view, which illustrates the utterly precarious position that Tim Cook is in right now. I have no position in AAPL, but obviously I am cheerleading its demise, since a weak Apple will absolutely mean a weak NASDAQ and, in turn, a weak market overall.
