They’ve put in a higher low, and they’ve had the stuffing absolutely beaten out of them. Likewise, the world equities (outside of North America) fund found major support at a Fibonacci retracement level and could easily push its way back up to the next higher level. This is a very similar fund, but also includes India. Same idea – – it could push higher to seal its price gap. The EuroZone has been smashed like crazy, and if it got a rally going, its exhaustion point would be the long horizontal line which is anchored to that major price gap. Here we see China beneath major resistance.
