Well, the market continues to suck wind. A fine example of the kind of catastrophe which has been offered shareholders is former high-flier Dryships (DRYS). A nearly 98% collapse in just one year:
I'll say something that I think needs to be kept in mind: we are in the process of destroying an entire generation of investors. That is, the stock market is ravaging a generation's desire to have anything to do with stocks. That is precisely the kind of thing that makes markets meander aimlessly for years (or decades) to come. The wounds being inflicted today won't soon be forgotten.
