Happy Saturday, everyone. I’d like some advice. For a while now, 5-star Sloper NYUGrad, whom I had the pleasure of meeting last month, has been strongly suggesting that Slope needs to make it easy to share charts with a simple URL. He often uses the FinViz site as an example of sharing lots of thumbnail charts. We are going to do this, but I’d like some suggestions before I embark headlong into this project. Should we provide you the ability to share one chart or many? Thumbnails? Marked-up or plain? The more specific requests you have for me, the better. Please let me know in the comments below!

Civil War
No, I’m not talking about the hypothetical one forthcoming. I wanted to share this map of the battles of the Civil War. These locations for battles are much fewer and farther between than I ever imagined (and check out the one weird battle in modern-day southern Idaho – – what gives, man?) Looks to me like Virginia was a dangerous place to hang out in the early 1860s.
