Haberdashery
Wow, Monday was so annoying! Just when all holy hell was breaking loose, it reversed and closed at the day’s highs. The permabull site Zerohedge celebrated the event, saying it was because of the (should be illegal) buybacks coming. Typical ZH. Always looking for another new high.
Let’s spend the evening going through ten important ETFs. I’ll just share a few words on each.
The diamonds are at a decision point. The massive bullish pattern (green) is being challenged by a topping pattern (formed over the past couple of months). If we do fall, I’d look toward that trendline for main support.
T-Bone Steak
A woman crashed into me at full speed on Friday at 12:12 in the afternoon just two blocks from my home. She lives in this neighborhood and seems like a perfectly nice person. Married. Three grown children. Nice house. Nice car. But…………perhaps distracted at the wrong moment. I’m not sure yet, although when I get my car back, I’m eager to see if one of its cameras recorded the incident. This is what the interior of my car looked like shortly after I was t-boned.
A Dump on the Hershey Highway
Just like lumber did a few years ago, Cocoa was thrust into the news for being so incredibly expensive. Once everyone was chattering about it, it cratered with a record fall.
Mythical Misnomer
I thought a unicorn was supposed to be an amazingly rare beast? In the business world, not so much anymore. Inflation, I guess?
