Today's Greece/Portugal downgrade and plunge was one of those weird things that everyone knew would happen but pretended never would (sort of like the resumption of the bear market, which is bound to kick in sometime in the next fifty years or so). I have to ask myself if, as in mid-January, this is the start of something larger.
