Hours ago, we rolled out emoticons into the comments system, and they are pretty damned cool. With such a complex feature, there were naturally some hiccups along the way, and one of them was the fact that people using the Slope mobile app were, in some cases, only able to see one comment, and for those who could see more than one, well, it was a big fat mess!
We have (at least we think we have) tidied this up so it works well now, and we’ve disabled emojis in the mobile experience, since there really isn’t the space for it.
So I have two points. First, if you haven’t done so already, you should download the free Slope Mobile app for your iPhone or Android device, since it’s a great way to experience Slope when you’re out and about. And second, for those of you already using it, please contact me if you see any other problems in mobile! I’m hoping we’ve got this thing beat.
