It took a little while for us to get around to it, but I’m pleased to tell you that SlopeCharts is now mobile-friendly, particularly on the iPad, which is what I’ve been using to test it. It works best in horizontal mode, and the program is smart enough to abbreviate some of its text in order to make room for all the tools and buttons.
What I’m especially pleased with is how beautiful zooming works. We were originally going to hack together some cheesy zoom in/zoom out buttons, but instead you’re able to swipe just like in desktop SlopeCharts. Here below is a video I made in a parking lot to show this, because, by God, I’m never going to let production values get in the way of sharing good news with you swiftly.
