The world is getting better and the situation in Europe is stabilizing. The chart below demonstrates this by showing the Europe has finally emerged from a Recession. Sure, things aren’t spectacular – but they are better. (more…)

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that I let everyone know that our beloved friend Taz (Kevin Koeberle) passed away this morning after a 2 year (28 month) battle with brain cancer. (more…)
I just can’t help but notice Pump ‘n Dump (PND) email spam schemes when they arrive in the inbox. It’s hard to believe this stuff is legal, but it can still offer some entertainment value. A couple years ago, one of the more entertaining PND schemes gave us a nice tower formation for a company brewed by a Bob Marley family member, no less. (more…)
Slope of Hope has a well-deserved reputation as a friendly, welcoming place, but we’ve reached a new pinnacle now in the form of matrimony. Pictured below, from a prior SlopeFest, is “Doolie” (on the left) and “Biffermas” (on the right). They are now husband and wife, and it was Slope that got them together in the first place. Pretty spiffy, yes? Traders in love! May you have many happy years ahead…… (more…)
