Well, all that hoo-ha a couple of weeks ago about the Intel bug turned out to be meaningless, didn’t it? INTC is roaring almost 10% higher right now. What’s more astonishing to me is that Intel was more expensive 18 years ago than it is right now! It has been struggling to complete this pattern for almost two decades.
If, God forbid, this bull market continues for years to come, Intel may well follow the path of Microsoft. That is to say, after completion of an enormous basing pattern, it simply stomps its way reliably higher, month after month. Microsoft shows no sign of slowing down (incidentally, they report next week, on the 31st, after the market closes).
