Sunday evenings are normally sleepy affairs, but not this one. Two big pieces of positive news from China sent the market jolting higher, with the first piece of news (released before the market even opened) doing most of the work.
This sets the bulls up for what could be an important breakout. We are, as I am typing this, right up against the top of the 40 point range I’ve been talking about for weeks. This positive push from China could be just what the bulls need to start an important new leg up in this 11-year old bull market.
