I’ve been looking at the resistance trendlines on ES and SPX over my last few posts, and the scenario I was looking at in my post on Friday 6th August that we may be seeing the start of a retracement here that could deliver a 3800 area retest. I was saying that we might well see more highs before that main move started and we’ve seen that.

One resistance trendline that I wasn’t looking at was the rising wedge resistance trendline that has developed over recent weeks and ES is testing that too. Possible daily RSI 5 sell signals are now brewing on ES, SPX and NDX.

Val

Documentaries have long been a favorite form of entertainment for me, and I’d like to strongly recommend one to you that I just watched last night. It is about Val Kilmer, and any of you who have Amazon Prime already have free access to it.

Most of us remember Val from the dozens of movies he made in the 1980s and 1990s. He was famous for his mercurial temper as well as his ridiculous good looks:

The Why Axis

Recently I mentioned how my development efforts are going to be focused on quality as opposed to gizmos. I wanted to offer a specific example today, Sunday, one of the seven working days of the week.
