Think of how short and to-the-point the old terms (AKA English) were: Drunk. Bum. Junkie. Simple, one-word (and often one syllable) utterances that got the point across. Look, there’s a guy on University Avenue who has been roaming up and down the street literally since I got here in 1991. That’s thirty years of “experiencing homelessness” and being “not securely housed.” I don’t think he’s going anywhere.

This is from the same government that just pissed away $2.3 trillion in Afghanistan. We need George:
