There's been a lot of talk about the diminishment of trading volume (maybe because of days like today, which are complete snoozers). Below is a chart of the ultra-bull ETF on the S&P, SSO. The volume reminds me of someone letting air out of a tire. I've put a 30-day moving average there to drive home the point.
