In contrast with my obsession, the small caps, which dinged their trendline yesterday and are just treading water:
The “big event” this morning has nothing to do with corporate earnings (as if that mattered anymore) or Powell. It has to do with the SCOTUS ruling on the POTUS’s tax returns. It could be market-moving, and the way it moves the market will be quite telling. I believe the news hits half an hour after the market opens.
